More about me

My creative background is based around being a photographer based in Scotland (UK).  I am normally found under the guise of Acoustica Photography and I travel a lot to conventions both local and abroad.  Its been a dream of mine to pick back up illustration again as it was my first creative passion a very long time ago.

 

Murasakoni

Murasakoni was born with the idea of being the flip side of my online presence.  I wanted to create garments that have designs that are catered to my tastes.  I like to dabble in designing for both clothing as well accessories. I wanted to create a brand that is as inclusive as possible.  I often find it hard to like a lot of high street fashion and often will make or modify to suit my tastes.

Our name is really unoriginal and literally means Purple Oni. Purple being one of my favourite colours and you will probably see it popping up in our designs from time to time.

The characters that we will be designing our ranges around are original characters that I have had since I was young.  They have followed me through a lot of life events and will show up in online games.  They are very dear to me and I am excited to use them as design ideas.
