SHIPPING TIMES

Items are shipped once per week. Depending on when you place your order you may have to wait up to 4 days for your item to be dispatched.

Domestic [UK] - Items shipped within the UK will take 5-7 days to arrive.

Non Domestic - Depending on where you live, on average it takes between 5-15 business days to receive your order.

Please bare in mind that due to the current COVID restrictions in some countries as well customs complications within the UK and Europe this may take as long as 4 weeks.

 

SHIPPING

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or parcels left unclaimed being returned to us and we ask that you double check all information is correct before placing your order. It is vital you provide us with up to date contact information so that we can reach out should any issues occur. If there are any issues with your order you must inform us within 28 DAYS from the date of shipment. After this date we are no longer able to help with tracking or shipping issues.

We are not responsible for any custom charges or import tax that your parcel may incur.

Our Tracked International Mail is delivered by DHL or Royal Mail.

Our domestic post is sent tracked via Royal Mail.
